† 행복할 수 있는 유일한 길
욕심과 이기심은 결코 자신을 행복하게 하지 못합니다. 자기뿐만 아니라 사랑을 받아야 할 대상에게도 큰 상처를 줍니다. 자기 손해를 감수하고서라도 남이 안 되길 바라는 마음처럼 어리석은 모습이 어디에 있을까요?
욕심과 이기심을 버리고 주님께서 보여 주신 겸손의 아름다운 옷을 입어야 합니다. 그런데 많은 이가 육적인 것에만 집착하고 있습니다. 위로부터 태어나는 삶, 영적인 것에 중심을 두는 삶은 그런 세상의 것에서 벗어나 주님을 체험하면서 참 기쁨과 행복의 삶을 살 수 있게 됩니다.

사도행전 4,32-35
신자들의 공동체는 한마음 한뜻이 되어, 아무도 자기 소유를 자기 것이라 하지 않고 모든 것을 공동으로 소유하였다. 사도들은 큰 능력으로 주 예수님의 부활을 증언하였고, 모두 큰 은총을 누렸다.
그들 가운데에는 궁핍한 사람이 하나도 없었다. 땅이나 집을 소유한 사람은 그것을 팔아서 받은 돈을 가져다가 사도들의 발 앞에 놓고, 저마다 필요한 만큼 나누어 받곤 하였다.

Acts of the Apostles 4:32-35
The community of believers was of one heart and mind, and no one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they had everything in common. With great power the apostles bore witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great favor was accorded them all.
There was no needy person among them, for those who owned property or houses would sell them, bring the proceeds of the sale, and put them at the feet of the apostles, and they were distributed to each according to need.

La multitude de ceux qui étaient devenus croyants avait un seul cœur et une seule âme ; et personne ne disait que ses biens lui appartenaient en propre, mais ils avaient tout en commun. C’est avec une grande puissance que les Apôtres rendaient témoignage de la résurrection du Seigneur Jésus, et une grâce abondante reposait sur eux tous.
Aucun d’entre eux n’était dans l’indigence, car tous ceux qui étaient propriétaires de domaines ou de maisons les vendaient, et ils apportaient le montant de la vente pour le déposer aux pieds des Apôtres ; puis on le distribuait en fonction des besoins de chacun.
